Put zuccini, olive oil, lemon, spices into blender and puree it. You can dip carrots or cucumbers into it. Less points then chickpea and more easy to cook.

4 Apple with almond butter - 2 points for 1/2 apple and 1/2 Tsp of almond butter

5 Lemon merengue pie cozy snack - 1 point

6 Dried mango by Fruitwell - 1 point for whole pack 40gm. But I am confused cause it said "1 serving - 40gm, servings per package - 4" But package is 40gm only. Hope it it was for bigger bag otherwise it is about 3 points for bag

7 Dried cherries. 1/4 cup - 2 points. I used to eat other dried fruits but now love only cherries

For lunch I cooked stuffed bellpeppers. Put cooked brown rice, mushrooms, spinach into pellpeppers and baked in the oven at 425F for 20mins.

For dessert I put away cores of 3 apples and stuffed with raisins and walnats + 1tsp potato production line of honey on top and baked with bellpeppers.

For dinner I fried firm tofu, then put it away with slotted spoon. Put in the pan onion, crushed garlic, crushed ginger, fried fo 10 sec, added broccoli and green beans, fried 10 sec. Put back www.honmac.org tofu, added soy sause and lemon juice, covered and cooked another 5 mins

Completely forgot that I bought cod for dinner ;) So cod will be tomorrow

This is my first post here. I just joined Weight Watchers on Monday.

I've already been with WW 2 years ago, lost some pounds then went to Russia. I was not able to find WW in Russia so I continued on my own. This way I slimed down from 177lbs to 125lbs. When I came back I got pregnant ;) I don't know why they don't have WW for expecting moms. At least near my place. I was so happy to have a baby, I lost track of my weight. And now I am 196lbs! This is not far from 200lbs. Scary. So I decided to join WW again to get my motivation back. See if I can avoid this scary number: 200 or may be even slim down to 125 again :)
