Use ointment or arnica gel that is homeopathic for treating any sprains, sore or overworked muscle. It works wonders for swelling, bruises and stiffness induced by physical trauma. Respected for its healing properties, arnica montana comes in homeopathic preparations in the form of homeopathic pellets and/or tincture, which are available in most major health food stores. They have been found to be effective and safe. The gel and ointment are for external use only on unbroken skin. If you are a traveler, never leave home Oil Press without it. A good thing about dish basin is the ease of cleaning and portability - you can read and relax on the couch or sit in front of the TV, while soaking sore feet.
